Tim currently focuses on operations and logistics. Prior to, Tim had spent the better part of two decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry, where has worked extensively in management and operations. He has held practically every position in both the front and back of house—from food runner, to trainer, to general manager. He has also worked at a variety of locations ranging from casual burger chains to white tablecloth fine-dining restaurants. Tim is currently a Level 1 Sommelier.
Gina completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Research Management in 2021. She is a practicing Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She has spent the past decade working both directly and indirectly in clinical research in a variety of positions including: study coordinator, clinical research associate, and CRA line manager. Gina has developed study-related materials like monitoring guidelines, site evaluations, and other regulatory documents/templates. She has overseen both national and international studies. Additionally, her experience in clinical research is in numerous fields which include: respiratory, musculoskeletal, oncology, infections/parasitic diseases, and cardiovascular.
In her free time, Gina is proud to be an active volunteer in her community.
Faith is currently a Public Policy doctoral candidate at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration. Her current research focuses on social inequality, specifically the role that government agencies and policies play for low-income individuals. Faith previously worked as the Program Supervisor for Housing Opportunities and Prevention of Evictions 1.0 (HOPE) and has since been promoted to the QC Lead for HOPE 2.0. Prior to this, she was a researcher with the Housing First Charlotte-Mecklenburg Evaluation Team, an undertaking of the UNC Charlotte Urban Institute. In addition to her professional career, Faith has extensive experience organizing special professional and academic events, and uses her spare time advocating for better policy and program outcomes as a member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council and the Charlotte Regional Transportation Coalition. She is a contributing author to: The Global Encyclopedia of Public Administration, Public Policy, and Governance (2018), The Pre-Crime Society: Crime, Culture, and Control in the Ultramodern Age (2021), and The Palgrave Handbook of Global Social Problems (2023).
